We are looking for a

Channel Management Intern

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The internship program aims to immerse top-tier university students in the startup experience by giving them projects across the different teams where they are most needed. The projects may vary in length, complexity, status, and scope but will nonetheless help the company and the interns grow. The interns are expected to grow throughout the internship, developing the professionalism required in the workspace and gradually taking on more responsibility for their projects.

• The Performance Marketing intern will be assigned to the Channel Management team (Operations).
• The intern will have a comprehensive introduction to the company by sitting down with representatives from the different departments and verticals.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize data and documents needed to upload products in different marketplaces.
• Knowing our products inside and out for better marketplace and website content.
• Optimise listing in different marketplaces by improving product name, and description, adjusting packaging dimension, adding more images, adjusting category, and completing key attributes.
• Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support on different brands.
• Inspecting product and category pages.
• Ensure all SKUs are live and inventories are syncing in the marketplaces
• Update COD payment status in Shopify.
• Collaborating with client success managers and channel operators to ensure the rollout of website and marketplace changes.
• Maintaining a marketplace available to purchase to ensure a steady In store rate.
• Achieve excellent content score in Lazada
• Scheduling and communicating site maintenance as needed.

Your profile

Candidates must be currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or any equivalent. The right profile must at least have a working knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector as well as your high drive and ambition to perform. Independence, flexibility and speed are as important to you and entrepreneurial drive, sales attitude and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment complete your profile.

Key Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or any equivalent
• Has a strong desire to understand ecommerce
• Detail-oriented, quick-to-learn, and has strong prioritization skills
• Can commit to a full-time internship work   (at least 6hrs/day)
• Can start right away
